They invite you to join in to raise critical funds for the remainder of the school year while spreading love and kindness throughout our community. The outline of the fundraiser is attached here and was shared in the PTO newsletter. Students can participate in highlighting this fundraising week by dressing up on our Spirit Days. Dressing up counts as participation point for your child's class. The class with highest participation will win a special prize.

Tomorrow is our first dress up day for the Cascade of Kindness week - each day shows support for one specific area of important fundraising that our PTO does:
  • Tuesday, February 6th: Dress to Impress (wear your favorite outfit) - Support Yearbooks

KINDERGARTEN INFORMATION NIGHT - TUESDAY FEB 6

Attention Parents & Guardians of the Class of 2037: It's time to discuss kindergarten!

Your child is about to embark on a wonderful milestone, and BISD is proud to be part of this momentous event. Kindergarten sets the foundation for your child's school career and puts your student on a lifelong path of learning.

While kindergarten is a time of great discovery, excitement, and growth, it is also a big transition -- for families and children alike! That's why when you enroll your student in kindergarten at BISD, your child will receive a high-quality education and gain a team of staff whose main goal is to help your student succeed intellectually, socially, and emotionally.

BISD KINDERGARTEN INFORMATION NIGHT*

WHEN: Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at 6 pm.
WHERE: Blakely Elementary, 4704 Blakely Ave.
WHAT: Attendees will learn more about BISD's kindergarten program, the enrollment process and key dates. Representatives from all BISD elementary schools will be in attendance.

INTAKE FORM: Do you have a rising kindergarten student? Please take a moment to complete this form. (This is not the enrollment process but rather a way to learn more about your family)
